I've never run across this haunt before and it looks pretty cool. It also appears to be in Montgomery County, near DC, where The Blair Witch Project was filmed. There are lots of pictures at the link above.
I've always thought there should be more garden-y haunts out there. I enjoyed the link -the photography is pretty good- in fact, that FCG shot was excellent.
